Private sessions begin with an initial consultation where an individual program is designed to meet your needs and fitness goals. This program will help you achieve a body that is long, lean and strong.

Rehabilitation

Pilates is an excellent system of rehabilitation for injuries and pain in the knee, hip, back, shoulders and ankle. Ask any professional dancer or athlete they can attest to this. Everyday postural habits that we fall into at work, in the car and in front of the television or computer have a detrimental effect on our postures. A body that is out of alignment is more susceptible to pain and injury. We use a holistic approach that treats the root of the imbalance. An in-depth postural assessment is followed by a course of treatment that addresses any imbalance and chronic weakness, moving you out of detrimental postural patterns and back into balance.

Semi-Private

Choose Semi-Privates to work out with 2-4 people for a more inexpensive and social alternative to private sessions.
